Our Story

Opening the doors in August 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic, Number 6 by Genoa soon established itself as a firm favourite with both locals and holiday makers alike. Angelia McLauchlan, the owner of Number 6, says that the success of her restaurant is due to several things.

Our amazing, multi-award-winning head chef, Gary Cromie, along with his fantastic team create the most delicious and beautifully presented dishes you can imagine.

Then we have our superb, attentive, and highly professional front of house staff who see to all of our guests wants and needs and nothing is too much trouble for them. Add in the stylish, yet relaxing and comfortable interior to the mix and that is Number 6 in a nutshell.
